What is Invoice Management?

Managing payment to suppliers or “Invoice Management” in general, corresponds to the needs of various industries to standardize, automate and often find a more efficient way to implement the receiving, management and payment of invoices to and from the organization.
This effort involves coordination between different areas, so having a platform and solution that centralizes the process involves a real and measurable improvement by our customers senior management.

Our approach

Altiuz conceptually designed the "Invoice Management" solution, which allows not only the management of these or other related documents to move within the organization and for approval by the appropriate users, but also captures the physical documents where applicable, and can implement a complete flow, from receipt of the documents, recognition, validation and loading on a documentary centralized platform, which in turn can automatically initiate associated management processes.
